The Passion Behind the Process
Rougeau Creative Co. wasn't built because I wanted to design websites—it was built because I genuinely enjoy helping people.
I've always had an entrepreneurial mindset and have owned businesses myself, so I know firsthand that running a business isn't just about doing what you love. Behind every successful business are countless hours spent answering emails, updating websites, organizing information, managing customers, and trying to keep everything running smoothly. It can be overwhelming, and sometimes having someone to share that workload with can make all the difference.
Over the years, I've not only managed my own businesses and websites, but I've also found myself helping others with theirs. What started as lending a hand quickly turned into something I truly enjoyed.
A few years ago, my daughter started playing hockey, and I became involved with the local youth hockey organization. As I worked more behind the scenes, I realized the coaches weren't just coaching—they were wearing every hat imaginable. They were managing registrations, answering parent questions, organizing events, updating websites, coordinating volunteers, and handling countless other responsibilities, all while trying to focus on the kids on the ice.
That's when everything clicked.
I realized my favorite part wasn't being in the spotlight—it was making sure everything behind the scenes worked the way it should. I love creating systems, simplifying processes, improving communication, and taking tasks off someone else's plate so they can focus on what they're truly passionate about.
